Ok, so I gave birth 9th June 2009. My stomach is stomach in the picture. How do I get the baby weight?

There is no magic solution. Some people lose baby weight more easily than others. The best advice is healthy eating and exercise (provided they are medically the right) practice. Any kind of cardiovascular exercise, like running or swimming, combined with specific exercise abdomin (do not worry not only the ABS, various stomach exercises to choose from) will surely start.

Good luck! Be patient, so the slower it was time.

Oh my God, I have my Baby 9 June also! 231 hours! Cuz I felt like my baby was big (9 pounds 4 ounces), but I'm good with it. I do not think it looks like yours, but only has a lot of fat LOL. I have a price of nearly 40 kg and up to 249th Now I think I'm 223 and I go into the week, but do nothing to vigorous exercise after 40 days of self-care and recovery.take Congratulations!

The nutrition and exercise. Cardio burns fat and crunches will help strengthen the muscles, but cut calories and heart is the only way to do this.

I let my son of 12-inch waist of heart per day. I had short bursts of 10 minutes each time to get my heart rate to get the target to 4 times per day. He wore a pedometer and try to 10,000 steps (for exercise at least) 4600 by them. I lost 12 inches in a month. I did Weight Watchers together.

(But if your life is just like me, you will not have much time) training lol But at the end of your uterus will shrink and lose even more convenient and easier weight. A healthy diet helps a little: 0)

It all depends on how many children you have. I can not really say that look "bad" when you say there were several. Just do abdominal training and it should go.
